ORDER
HTL has received an order for the GEMStarXT-DP Plasma Enhanced Benchtop Atomic Layer Deposition system from a Japanese chemical manufacturer. Shipment of the system will be scheduled for next year.
Arradiance's benchtop Atomic Layer Deposition systems are used in a wide area of R&D and Production fields, including semiconductor devices, solar cells, and fuel cells. The system has been well-received for their compact size and ease of use.
